Better title for this books, "Best ways to handle any situations in your life"

I enjoyed reading this book. Well written and easy to follow. Almost anyone can benefit from reading this book.
This book has no fluff and delves directly in ways to better handle tough situations in everyday life. Book has excellent examples of author's personal experiences in dealing with some of these cases.

He provides numerous proverbs and quotes along with mentioning Dale Carnegie, Thornton Wilder, Harry Truman, Dear Abby, Abraham Lincoln, Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope and other authors & humorists to help illustrate his points on how to better prepare yourself for life's various roles and situations.
It's divided into 3 parts:
Part I: Words That Win in Business Situations
Covers topics such as polishing your professional communication style, building and & managing a winning team at work, including effective conflict management & dealing with difficult coworkers, mastering public speaking, getting your manager to boost your career, winning debates without alienating the other person, effective job offer negotiation strategies, & effective selling & networking tactics.
Part II: Words That Win in Consumer Situations
Covers topics such as complaining for Better Service, Talking to Doctors, Nurses, & other Health Care Professionals.
